Here at Boutell we do our level best to make the whole experience of getting a loan as easy and painless as possible. As a broker we are able to search the entire market trying to match you to a lender who is willing to lend to you based on your circumstances and offers you the best deal. The entire process is completed online for your convenience.
To be able to apply for a loan through us the only criteria we ask is that you must be a UK resident and have a UK bank account. It goes without saying that anyone wanting to apply for any type of credit must be over 18 years of age also.
Dotted all over our website are various ‘apply now’ buttons, clicking one of those will take you through to our easy to use application form. Our form has been designed with the user in mind, we don’t ask a lot of unnecessary questions, just the minimum necessary to get you a loan. Because of our streamlining and attention to detail it is possible to complete our application form in just a matter of minutes.
After finishing the application form and clicking submit that’s when the real magic happens, our system gets hard to work searching around 50 FCA approved lenders. Depending on the lenders response times it can take as little as 30 seconds to get a decision although sometimes it can be up to a few minutes so a little patience may be required, but don’t worry you can be sure we are working hard to find you the best loan deal!
Once we have finished processing your application, if approved you will automatically be shown the loan offer of the lender you have been matched with. All the terms of the loan they offer you will be present on screen, make sure you take the time to read it over the loan agreement and if happy it’s just a matter of electronically signing to get your loan.
After you have accepted and signed the loan agreement the funds should be wired to you, in today’s modern age and the advent of faster payments in the UK the money can be in your bank account in as little as 15 minutes. This can of course vary depending on your bank and the lender you take a loan with.
